DESNER Pty Ltd ABN 84 133 402 623 (the “Company”,“Bec Laut”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting privacy concerns of the users of its website, www.beclaut.com and the services provided within the site and any subsidiary sites including but not limited to live events, training products, and consulting services, for the purpose of this notice, we’ll just call them our ‘services’. 

The Company provides this privacy notice to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the website, or engaging with services provided and how such information may be used. As the company is based in Australia we follow the Privacy Act 1988 (the “Act“) which governs how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information.

If requested, in most cases we must give you access to the personal information that we hold about you, and take reasonable steps to correct it if we consider it is incorrect. We will try to make the process as simple as possible, however we may require identification from you before the release, or access is granted to personal information.
